About the client
Outback Presents is a national live entertainment promoter and tour management company. They coordinate and promote arena-scale events, comedy tours, and concerts for some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry.
Work request
As a Graphic Designer, I was responsible for producing large-scale marketing and advertising assets that aligned with each artist’s brand and met publication standards for print, digital, and venue display. I collaborated with marketing managers and artist teams to deliver creative materials for shows across North America.
What Made This Unique
Every campaign had to balance creativity with brand precision—working with licensed artwork, tight deadlines, and high-visibility deliverables across cities and platforms.

The Process
Creative Collaboration
My work began by collaborating with marketing leads and artist management to align on each tour’s visual direction. This required understanding the artist’s brand, campaign goals, and venue requirements—while using pre-approved, licensed artwork and creative assets.
Layout & Asset Design
Once the foundational art files were secured, I created admats (advertising mats), flyers, posters, and venue displays—including large-format prints, billboards, and LED screen designs. These assets were often used simultaneously in digital campaigns, physical promotions, and press kits, so consistency and adaptability were crucial.
Production & File Packaging
Each final design was outputted as a layered and exportable package—often prepared as .zip folders or print-ready PDFs. I ensured assets met all resolution, format, and licensing standards, protecting original files for future use across markets. My ability to navigate large-scale production workflows helped ensure smooth delivery across internal teams and external vendors.

I developed a production mindset that balanced creativity with precision, helping to bring high-profile artist campaigns to life across North America. This experience taught me how to operate at scale—designing with impact while honoring brand, audience, and speed.
