About the client
Outback Presents is a national live entertainment company that produces concerts and tours across the United States, working with A-list talent from comedy, music, and beyond.
Work request
As a contract designer, I developed creative assets for dozens of major tours — including visual systems for artists like Kevin Hart, Nate Bargatze, Bert Kreischer, Brett Young, and Judas Priest.
My work included promotional posters, digital ads, venue signage, and social graphics, each tailored to the artist’s voice and tour brand. These designs were seen by thousands of fans nationwide and played a key role in event promotion, ticketing, and artist recognition.
What Made This Unique
Every campaign had to balance creativity with brand precision—working with licensed artwork, tight deadlines, and high-visibility deliverables across cities and platforms.

The Process
Creative Collaboration
Each project began with alignment meetings between Outback’s marketing team, artist management, and tour stakeholders. I worked closely with these groups to understand the visual tone of the artist, campaign objectives, and platform-specific needs — all while navigating pre-approved, licensed artwork and brand assets.
Layout & Asset Design
Using the foundational art files, I designed admats (advertising mats), promotional posters, social graphics, and venue materials — including LED screens, billboards, and large-format prints. Each design needed to be bold, instantly recognizable, and adaptable across digital and physical platforms.
Production & File Packaging
Once approved, I prepared fully layered and exportable file packages for delivery to venues, media outlets, and internal teams. Assets were delivered in high-resolution formats, with careful attention to licensing, scale, and platform-specific specs. My efficiency in packaging ensured each tour campaign launched cleanly and consistently — from stadium billboards to Instagram feeds.
