As Co-Founder and Chief Design Officer, I led the creation of Complx Creative from the ground up.
My role spanned brand strategy, UX design, event systems, and internal operations — shaping everything from our pitch decks and live events to the digital tools and creator network we built.
We launched a fully integrated visual identity, a prototype app called Creative Exchange, and a scalable live event model designed to connect venues, artists, and vendors with clarity and impact.
What Made This Unique
This wasn’t just a creative agency — it was a talent incubator, digital product, and event platform rolled into one.

The Process
Phase 1: Brand & Product System
• Created pitch decks, logo, identity system, social media kits
• Led UI/UX for the Creative Exchange platform: a collaborative gig discovery networkCreative Exchange
